Most companies still hold all of that inside the founder’s head. That does not scale, and it does not survive acceleration.

We build the layer that externalizes founder intelligence without removing the founder from consequence.

The machine carries recurrence. The founder carries judgment.

We treat the company itself as the artifact.

How it works.

    Strategic substrate

    Memory becomes a structured belief graph: claims, evidence, assumptions, contradictions, and the typed edges between them. A company mind, not a knowledge base.

    Founder Machines

    Substrate becomes governed motion: public authority, growth campaigns, customer truth, investor narrative, weekly founder review. Not generic agents. Machines that act from what the company believes.

    Lawful runtime

    Every meaningful path declares what must be true before it starts, what must remain true while it runs, what it may change, what it may never change, and what happens when it drifts.

    Signal metabolism

    Reality returns signal. The system decides what stays a log, what becomes evidence, what opens a contradiction, and what updates belief. The company learns faster than its environment changes.

    Deterministic rails for what can be known by rule. Founder judgment for what must be interpreted. Speed where the rule is clear; consequence where it is not.
